and then use an awl or scribing tool to mark the spot. The
fine-tuned “targets” place your pilot holes dead-center over
the adjoining 1x or 2x boards just below.

The thickness of 1x boards (¾”) makes the location of
pilot holes extremely critical. These guides ensure that your
faster will enter the adjoining board in the exact center!
2x4 - 2x6 Boards
Keep your 2x4 and 2x6 joinery neat and tidy with perfectly
aligned pilot holes and fasteners. No need to measure—
just place the guide along the end of a board and mark the
targets with an awl or scribe.
Plywood Edge Guide
These guides are perfect for attaching plywood to a cabinet
frame. Each target is located exactly 3/8” in from the edge
of the template, which puts your fastener dead center in the
board just below.
